Ductwork contractor: E & S Heating & Ventilation Ltd

All of the fire rated ductwork in the shell and core of the building was supplied and installed by E & S Heating & Ventilation Ltd. All of the fire rated ductwork was the Flameshield non-coated system and included smoke extract, stair pressurisation, general ventilation and kitchen extract systems for fire resistance periods of up to 4 hours.

Westfield Shopping City is the largest shopping complex in Europe and provides175000 m2 of retail floor area. Most of the largest retail outlets are located within the complex along with numerous smaller retail outlets, many of the main chain restaurants and others in the leisure industry including cinemas and a casino.
