All of the fire rated ductwork in the shell and core of the building was supplied and installed by Gardner & Co All of the fire rated ductwork was the Flameshield non-coated system and included smoke extract, stair pressurisation, general ventilation and kitchen extract systems for fire resistance periods of up to 4 hours.

One New Change is located in the heart of London opposite St. Pauls Cathedral and is the largest shopping complex in Central London. The development covers 52000 m2 of floor space and comprises eight floors. The top four floors are set aside to prestigious office accommodation covering a total of 31000 m2 and the lower four floors to retail space and restaurants covering 20000 m2. The restaurants includes renowned outlets such as Barbecoa (Jamie Oliver), Gordon Ramsey and Nando’s.
